Payment Terms
Payment to be made by bank transfer - 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to rental.
Deposits
We request a refundable deposit of $400 for any breakages, to be paid a minimum of 1 week prior to rental.
Maid Service
There is one maid service and linen change included per week, extra maid service can be arranged on request.

Low-season $ 900.00 USD
Mid-season $1000.00 USD
High-season $1200.00 USD
Peak-season $1500.00 USD
